I love to support local businesses, however in addition to a very disappointing cut and colour, this salon seriously lacks transparency in their pricing, integrity & professionalism.
I could not in good conscience recommend this business.

Hi Kat, I think this review needs overlooking and updating as it is not correct.
We have tried to contact you via phone on the number you gave us multiple times since you first contacted me regarding your hair and you seem to be ignoring us and not answering our calls.
We have not blocked you from our Facebook page as stated in the above review.
Whist we encourage all clients to leave reviews on there experience at our salon this review has multiple false facts and statements about Hair With Attitude and is completely one sided and dishonest.
I find it hard to believe you "love to support local businesses" when you can write such a misleading review.
- My review is 100% true, honest & accurate account of events I experienced
- If this review is one sided its because they have not responded to any of my messages
- I've had no calls from their business number or msgs advising they tried to contact me as they claim
- I am unable to comment on their FB this is what I refer to as blocking
- I do love to support small business and always will when I can, as long as they are profressional and ethical.
Couple of months ago I found myself in need of a Hair Salon in the North Lakes area to assist with Makeup & Updo for a wedding. I had done my research on a couple of salons and had picked this one based on reviews and had booked an appointment just over a week out.
Arrived on the day to discover the appointment hadn't been booked correctly and were no longer able to assist with Makeup or provide an alternative (last minue). Also provided the stylist with a photo of what i was after and we had discussed whether it could be achieved with length of hair to which I was assured it would. The upstyle i ended up with was nowhere near the picture provided and once I'd had the chance to have a proper look was absolutely devastated and embarassed. I had a young guy fix my disaster of a color I had at another local salon in north lakes. He couldn't have been more sympathetic and listened to everything I told him I wanted. He could spot exactly what I wasn't happy with and FIXED IT!! I walked out feeling so good and I can't wait to see him again in 6 or 7 weeks to have my regrowth done. Thank you sooo much
