Male salon manager was unbelievably rude and incompetent.If you're looking for friendly staff and good service, go elsewhere.
Had my extensions done and they started completely falling out, after just one week. Went back to get them fixed and was told I would have to pay to get them redone, even though they failed on technique. After I raised the issue with the salon manager, he told me to leave and find another salon, instead of doing the professional thing (his job), fixing it and keeping their customers happy. They lost a loyal customer of years, due to attitude and incompetence. Management change in the last year has really seen the quality of service deteriorate drastically.
Also haircuts and styling are quite average, for the ridiculous prices they charge.
If you're working in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry, maybe customer service should be a priority.

My first time at this hair salon today and it's fair to say I had the most amazing haircut and also amazing service. Naomi was the lady who cut my hair and she was fab! As a hairdresser myself I was a little nervous as I was going from long hair to short but Naomi made me feel right at home! Everyone has since commented on how great my hair looks.. so impressed and will definitely be back. Would highly recommend!

I made a last minute appointment morning Because I had ruined my hair with bleach. It was unevent, Orange and yellow and so damaged. Keira didn't an incredible job, taking two hours and making a customs colour for my roots to match a photo of my natural colour. You could never tell my hair was orange. It is balayaged to perfection and is so beautuful and ash blonde. The cut and blow wave was also perfect and my hair feels so soft. Thank you so much. I will now swear my Keira'a amazing work.

Went there today for nose piercing! As the piercer was free, got ushered in asap..and literary was done in less thn 10min.

It was my second time with nose piercing, the first one being in london. I thought the piercer was great, and carried all hygienic measures! Just that it hurt more :/

I had my hair colored here, the staff were very unfriendly and left my color in too long resulting in a color I didn't want. It was a very unpleasant experience and I wouldn't go back
