Got hair extentions from there on Thursday the 3rd July not happy paid $300 for a full head 20" microbeads hair extentions and they didn't make my hair look full at all you could see my real hair under them, I called up the next day Friday the 4th and got told to come back Saturday the 5th and they can see what they can do at 3:30pm I arrived at 3:35pm on Saturday the 5th they told me to come back at 4:30pm I arrived back at 4:30pm had to wait for stylist showed them the pic of how you can see my real hair under them and my normal hair is thick and the extentions are way to thin they advised me that it was a full head they will put one more row in otherwise I have to pay , they put it in still looks thin and s**t I washed my hair once since then with shampoo & conditioner with out protein like they advised me to the extentions fell out abit in clumps I also have 4 beads which are fallen out and not at the sculp like there meant to be when they are new and it's only been ...read more

Absolutely amazing service! The stylist was very helpful in informing me of products to use and how to use them. Hair colour is beautiful couldn't be happier :-)

recently visited this salon just for a trim to get rid of split ends but also maintain my shape and style. I called to make an appointment as I didn't wish to wait, however I was told to sit down and wait for about 45mins with no one asking about me. I finally had enough and told one of the hairdressers and tells me to sit back down as they were busy (the main reason why I booked an appointment). I was offered a shampoo but was told itd be an additional $30 for a blowdry (expensive but I think I deserved it after a long wait). The shampoo was relaxing however my neck was left in pain after having no pillow offered for the basin. I asked the hairdresser if my hair be cut dry not wet due to past bad experiences. Staff bluntly told me no as itd too hard. I even showed a picture to show the original shape and style... $75 later, I left with my hair cut unevenly, majority of split ends had not been cut off, style and shape changed dramatically and my hair had been blowdried ...read more

I have been going here for the past 12 months, they are awesome and know their stuff. Service provided compares to the high end Tony n Guy types but at a more affordable price. My hairdresser is called Kylie - I will continue going here as long as possible.

My partner and I have had a number of dealings with hairhouse wearhouse blacktown. Every occasion has been unsatisfactory, the staff are rude and belittling.Terrible customer service. I have previously found this franchise to be very good across the board but I will never return to that shop again.....
