I was definitely wanting a needle piercing for me daughter's ears after all the research I did, for maximum sterility and less tissue trauma, and went to Hairhouse Warehouse at Epping. A piercer called Maddi works there on Fridays and every second Saturday (and also at other places including Hairware Warehouse at Doncaster I think), and she only pierces with the needle. She was absolutely fantastic with my daughter, very professional, explained every step of the process, and got another piercer named Kaz to pierce the other ear at the same time. It was just the best experience we could have wished for. Zali said it didn't even hurt!

Love the girls here. I guess if you're a new customer they can sometimes come across as cold and don't really listen BUT they do listen and do a fantastic job. Trust their advice.
