Hands down worst haircut I have ever received! Horrible service, the staff who did my hair was rude and didnt seem to have any idea what they were doing, had to then go to another hairdresser that day to have my hair restyled. Will never return here and advise anyone else not too!
Avoid this place at all costs. My niece and I were in there Saturday last to buy a hair curler. Whilst the manager was explaining to us the benefits of a specific curler there were two female staff members standing behind the service counter laughing and staring at us. I turned around to enquire what was so funny and they continued laughing. I was really upset and offended by this as I felt uncomfortable, like they were picking on us for some reason. My niece and myself complained to the manager and he was really prompt in talking to them. I've never felt so humiliated in all of my life. What horrid nasty little people.
ABSOLUTELY the worst salon i have stepped into. the staff seem inexperienced and out unprofessional the stylist who was colouring my hair could not stop talking, complaining and yelling about personal and love life to a point where it eventually got annoying and i was extremely frustrated. Then called over a different stylist and began complaining about another client had had earlier that day. it made me feel that as soon as i left this salon, they would give me the same treatment. the store was dirty and unorganised and the service was poor. the cut and colour i received was average, but i guess you get what you pay for at this store. i will not be returning and i advise you do not either
