Do not recommend at all, very poor service... felt like I paid 30 dollars to have a toddler cut my hair, felt rushed and there was no care taken.
What I asked for wasn't done at all, far too "scissor happy"
I have had to get my hair cut somewhere else to fix the damage.
If you want to pay to get your hair cut where the hair dressers actually take care in their craft, this is not the place to go.

I often buy products from Hairhouse Warehouse at Parkmore Shopping Centre. About 2 weeks ago I made an appointment to get a hair cut. When I arrived the lady in the front desk told me to have a sit. The girl who was supposed to cut my hair, Vicky, was colouring someone's hair right next to where I was sitting. After sitting there for 20 minutes, she didn't say a word to me. It felt like she didn't want to help me at all, giving she didn't say a word to me and the way she acted. After a long while waiting and feeling disrespected, I told the front desk lady that I was leaving and she asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said "no thanks." I'll be never coming back there again, not even to buy hair products, I'd rather take it somewhere else where I'll be treated like a paying costumer and not like I'm getting the cut for free.

Vicky, your customer service is very poor, I suggest you go back to school to learn how to treat costumers adequately.
