I had a hair cut by a seior stylist a few months ago. She was English first language but did not do what I asked, so I did not obtain the result I wanted, which was not difficult to achieve.
Also; their stock of OPI ail varnishes has not been restcoked for months so eveyone is going to Myer or David Jones for them. The buying (or receiving) of stock is terrible.
I have wanted to get a tragus piercing these past few weeks so naturally I decided to look through these reviews and many of them were negative and put me off it, however I went anyway and was extremely happy with the customer service. My piercer was really nice and considerate. Overall a great experience, I would definitely go back here for another piercing
I've gotten 2 piercings there: the first was cartilage and it grew a keliod and infection and I had to take it out after a year and half of trying to clean it. although the piercer was super friendly and the same one took it out 18 months later. the scar has healed. 6 months ago I then got my tragus done and the same thing happen - it grew a bump and I took it out. this guy was not as friendly but still did a great job. i've gotten multiple piercings which have been there for 2 years and never infected (from other places) so I'm skeptical about going back.
