While browsing the store my partner had security called on him and was asked to empty his pockets... He did not have anything as he had picked up a box cutter to purchase for work and then had realised he didn't have enough cash and had put it back on the shelf. He was completely embarrassed and was not apologised to in any way.

We do not recommend this store and consider its staff extremely rude.

Nobody likes to be accused of something they did not do and especially when found at NO fault at all, still not apologised to.

Is it because someone a bit grubby after work looks like a crook?

We will not be going to this store again.

Huge store, huge range. Great for tradies, regular consumers would be better off at the Bunnings in Bankstown. Much better range on a smaller scale.

This is the BIGGEST and best Bunnings I've been to. 5 Stars!
