All the staff at Hanrob in Melbourne were awesome, I couldn’t have been happier with the service and staff. Cleo my Frenchie was looked after extremely well by the caring staff which went out of their way to make her feel comfortable on her first visit away from home. Recomend very highly. My lovely pup had a long stay with Hanrob. He came home with no hair on his tail and his ears has hair missing too.. i was never told of anything.. in fact most of the time i had to email 2x to get a response... whats worst is that I wrote an email asking them what happened and if any test were done and once again no response... my vet said that this condition is not something that happened overnight and should have had his blood checked at least.. totally heartbroken is all I can say... i uploaded pix of his tail the night before he went to hanrob n the night I got him back... its just awful...
