Harvey Norman Balgowlah

I went to buy a home phone and was served so quickly and informatively so within minutes I had a phone that met all my requirements. As I had such a great staff member helping me, wish I remembered his name, I also asked about kids earphones. He happily opened a pack for me to try on my fussy toddler and we successfully bought those also. Next trip will be to buy their amazing looking Morphy Richards toaster and kettle sets.

The store is very large with kitchen on the first floor and bedding and furniture above. However the store looks really dated and therefore the shopping experience felt a bit dull.
They stock the usual brand sin the kitchen and appliances area including dyson and Samsung, smug and Miele. But the furniture section was less than impressive.

I bought a Dyson stick vacuum here and was very happy with all of the informative service they gave about which brand to choose from. I love the vacuum and was happy to find they were the best price as I received $70 in vouchers back at Harvey Norman which whilst it means I still have spent the money at least I get something back for it!

Not the best Harvey Norman I have been to. Firstly the staff seemed more interested in chatting to one another than to help me buy an air conditioning unit. When I was eventually served, they could not answer me simple questions regarding power consumption. This was disappointing as there were signs up saying ' ask one of our friendly professionals for more information ' The store is very large and has a great selection, however I won't be back.

I bought a computer external drive and without hesitation they gave me a discount. Great service!!
