Harvey Norman Bondi Junction

Worst customer service ever experienced. Misplaces a 9 months old store issed gift voucher from Bondi Juction store. Would like to Ask for a replacement if possible Operator over the phone no even try to check in their system and tell me it had been expired and unable re-issue again. When you purchasing in store is friendly, after purchase you will become a evil. Will not purchase anything in Harvey Norman again. Very disappointed.

Terribly rude technician, wouldn't go there ever! Purchased my phone and had issues with it, product care I paid for took forever and the outcome was rediculous and useless. I personally do not recommend this branch in particular.

Very unhelpful staff, even to each other.
I went in there about a week or so ago and was after a vaccuum cleaner. I was greeted by a very polite young gentleman who was very well spoken and presented but he was new and could not answer the questions I had.
Now that's understandable but the part that annoyed me was that when he went to ask one of the other staff for help, they basically told him to go away and leave them alone so he had to come back to me none the wiser.

Terrible service there. I have never experienced this rude behaviour at all. I was there to test out the home audio system they have and thinking to purchase one. Suddenly their staff just come up and turn off the volume because he thinks the testing system is too loud that he cant chat with his customer. He didnt even say anything or try to explain then just walk away with such rude behaviour. I am trying to discuss which home audio system we going to get , then the other rude behaviour staff just come and ask ' you just looking?' and give us like a ' get out of the store, you dont have money , dont bother me ' look . Such a terrible experience and i wont recommended anyone go there and get anything . We are there to buy stuff and want to try the system first, dont give me the look like ' dont bother me' or just simply kick in and cut off the test system. You dont want people to try out the system, dont even bother to put it in the store.

My experience with HN has been absolutely terrible - at first I thought they were very friendly and helpful. After you buy their product you become shackled by them. I went in to HN at Bondi Junction Westfield to ask for an exchange which I rightly deserved but they told me to drive an hour and a half to another store to get it. They are rude to you and if you go in with a faulty product that they have sold you, they look at you with a dirty, accusing eye. To the computer staff at Bondi, you are the worst service people I have ever come across.
