Worst shop to buy electronics from. I bought a pair of TCL smart glasses from them for just under $1000. The product was faulty. And now they refuse to honour the warranty or refund me my money. Buyers beware. I think my next stop is current affairs. I will fight this one for sure.
The worst customer service. Waited 20 mins.to pay for my products, but not before I was directed to another register where I was then told, eftpos only. I was paying cash. I then waited again. In the end I put my expensive Bose items back and shopped elsewhere where the service was exceptional. I won’t be back. Next time Mr Harvey wants to criticise online shopping, he might like to take a long hard look at how his customers are treated in store.
The store staff know their products very well and offer good advice. Sometimes when they have a sale on and are very busy with customers ther is a wait for their attention, but thats very understandale. Overall if your unsure of what brand to purchase or what features you need in a product they are your go to stor.
I was very impressed by the customer service I received today at the MT Gravatt, Garden City store. An employee named Lucas went above and beyond when I was attempting to purchase a new phone. He spent over three hours back and forth on the phone to Optus and their endless hoops and plain incompetence. His determination to resolve these issues and his calm, collected and friendly manor was the only thing that helped us get through this crazy ordeal by cell phone. Thank you so much, this man deserves a raise.
