Ordering online with Harvey Norman has been an absolute nightmare for me.

The lack of transparency and an inexplicable order cancellation left me questioning their reliability for future purchases. It's disheartening to learn that their Terms and Conditions give them the authority to cancel orders without any explanation. The absence of communication when seeking clarification only added to the disappointment. The lengthy refund process further exacerbated the situation, to a point which I'm still waiting for it. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in their services.

For other customers, I can only recommend that you DON'T buy from Harvey Norman online for now.

At this point I only hope they take this feedback serious and improve their online purchase and most importantly, their customer service significantly.

Harvey Norman Penrith, I know we now live in New Covid times, but when I order a $6 k lounge suite and told an expected delivery date allowing for the Covid delivery delays will be early to Mid to October and now December we are still waiting? This is NOT acceptable and when we are given misleading information and you continually deny what was said, this is absolutely appalling. I do not appreciate the lies from the Franchisee Luke abusing my wife with false accusations. Unfortunately, HN Penrith has gotten our money, 100% payment, we still have no lounge, and we cannot go elsewhere and purchase as it would be the same issue. I do not like being lied to nor my wife being accused of abusing staff when she has every right to call and ask where is the lounge, we have paid for two months after the delivery date?

Firstly I would like to change my star rating to Zero because that is what Harvey Norman deserves. So lets begin my Mother purchased a Fridge for me from Harvey Noman Wiley Park it’s an up coming birthday gift. The fridge arrived the next day within a 4 hour window. The fridge was placed in my Kitchen and the guys who delivered it said, let it sit for 2 hours then plug it in. I then went out for half the day came home and then started the process of setting the fridge up. That finish decided its now time to plug it in. However could not find the plug which was to my astonishment tucked in at the base of the fridge at the back. So here's the rub! The fridge itself is assembled in stages in one of those stages the part that insulates the fridge from the heat of the motor where the cord and plug sits was placed over and trapped the plug. I visted your store at Everton Park Brisbane today and was served by the nicest youny lady. She was on the registers at 10am. I think her name was Madison. What an asset to your company. Efficient, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Please pass on my compliments. Thank you .

Absolutely disgusted. They are liars. They misrepresent absolutely everything, even delivery and just waste people’s time. Have extremely inefficient, unprofessional "people", add products to my sale I never discussed or asked for. To compensate for this inconvenience free delivery was offered after not telling me when the delivery date was which was only once a week and the following day. Something I was trying to purchase quickly yet waited another week being misled that the delivery would be handled by their delivery team who were never notified about it whatsoever and more lies to explain that. They tried to make things as difficult as possible. They lied about delivering on an alternative day when they had no intention of doing so, providing more lies about someone not placing the delivery in the warehouse delivery dispatch entry and expected me to receive an expensive washing machine delivered in the back of a car lying down which can cause significant ...read more
