Harvey Norman Kitchen & Bathroom Design & Renovations

After spending a full morning with the salesgirl Misha, and spending a large amount of money on a full complete bathroom fitout and numerous other items, we went away happy with our decisions. Until the chosen products arrived many weeks later despite being promised many time prior, all mismatched, the wrong colour, and after a further month of communication, we were still left with products that were missing in the box and the overall communication was absolutely condescending and unhelpful, and every time a phone call was made, you get a different salesperson who doesn’t want to help as they were not the person who receives the commission.. I was left having to purchase the same items by another large bathroom company and my out of pocket expenses were uncalculatable, with the cancelling of trades and services to complete the renovation. I will never use Harvey Norman again for anything as the incompetence of the staff is atrocious.

I would have to agree with all that the experience prior to the contract signing is an extremely pleasant one. (I signed for both Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations plus new flooring)
A confident, pleasant designer who builds a high level of confidence and promises a pre-xmas delivery. My place is very small so had to live elsewhere during the work.
The build experience has been completely different. Things that are in the plan, have not been installed or the wrong items have been installed. For instance the wrong hand basin has been installed in the bathroom, "but that is the one we delivered".

After seeing some of the negative reviews I was cautious about dealing with Harvey Norman, however our designer understood what we wanted and the service was outstanding. Everything went off without a hitch and the products recommended were perfect. Right from the office staff to all the tradesmen that attended, everybody was brilliant. The end result speaks for itself and I'm grateful I ignored the old reviews and would happily recommend them for your next bathroom or kitchen.

We have been thoroughly delighted with all the service we have received from Harvey Norman. Our new kitchen looks superb and every tradesman who came into our home was competent, capable and did a wonderful job. The products were all received in perfect order and the end result speaks for itself - we will now have to upgrade the rest of the house! We would definitely recommend Harvey Norman Design and Renovations to friends and family.

I've had a kitchen and bathroom renovation done by Harvey Norman which included extensive building work and I couldn't fault their workmanship, quality or timeliness. We had an excellent experience right from the beginning with the designer, who made many suggestions and recommendations our architect didn't even pick up on and the end result is just fabulous. We love it and would highly recommend them, we'll definitely be using them again when we do our next renovation.
