Harvey Norman Mandurah

Just bought a new laptop from Harvey Norman Mandurah and I am so impressed with their service. Nav their salesman was so very helpful and polite. With updated technology I was having problems with internet connection, but Nav and Simon from the Tech assistance talked me through my problems and were so helpful. I had to return twice more for advice with connection of devices etc. and they were each time very patient and explained the steps so carefully. Nav took the extra time to assist with my printer problem and insisted that he would not stop until I had the system working properly. Not too often you get such excellent service these days! Very happy! Well done guys.

Was Not Impressed at all Massive problems with our Couch an when I picked up my Lay by in bedding It was all floor stock. Not knowing this when my boyfriend went to pick the lamps up to put in the car burnt his hand and received burn blisters. Was not impressed then my mirror when I looked had a rip at the back of it due from being floor stock. I also agree to when it came down to getting the couch delivered it was a lack of communication with in the company between staff and who was to blame for not writing this or that down. Happy to say will not be recommending or going back again. I also applied for a go card that was a process in it's self. I have worked in retail all my life and was not impressed down to the paperwork not being filled out properly for my go card on there behalf an If I didn't pick up they hadn't put 23 months only 3 then I could have been in trouble financially. All this just being one experience. In the space of one week. Not happy.

Never once had good customer service in this store! Disgraceful

An average harvey norman store but a good furniture section

Tired of Harvey Norman Sales staff in Electrical acting like car salesmen and promising service and then not keeping to their word and when I call to ask what is going on it's just a game of pass the buck or stab one of their co-workers in the back. Show some integrity and give your customers full disclosure on fees for finance services and don't promise to have installations done in less time than the competitors only to take more than twice as long as stated. No offer of any compensation for the days off work waiting for no shows. Years ago I vowed I wouldn't buy from them (Karratha Branch) again after they sold me over priced PC system that was out dated as they sold it to me saying it could be upgraded but only to find out they couldn't after all. hmmm. Try Ebay instead.
