I recently purchased a bed base from sales assistant Ke Yee.
However, we decided to cancel the order due to the size. When I inquired about the cancellation, a colleague mentioned it was up to Ke Yee to decide.

After discussing it with Ke Yee twice, I was then told that the final decision rested with the store manager, David. When I asked for David's full name and to speak with him, Ke Yee was unable to recall it, and David was unavailable.

My wife is pregnant while also looking after our 19 month old, and has caved due to the stress.

Ke Yee, your service is a joke.

They were very helpful because they swapped over the Apple Magic Mouse for a Samsung M3 Portable 1TB External Hard Drive for $85.

How could you go wrong with this store. In all the Harvey Norman stores Ive ever visited I have always seem to be able to find what Ive been looking for, the service overall has been great and prices hasnt been an issue. I find most of these brown/white good stores are pretty much competitive with each other in trying to win over the business, whether they will try to beat it by $1 or by a few hundreds. The last time I was here, I purchased a GPS and found the service very good. Had little knowledge about what was available in the market, what features I needed and the fellow that served me walked me through few of the models, based on my budget and patiently explained all the main features. The recently also had a promotion offering new members up to 15 free prints with the size of 5x7, a really great promotion and a good size prints, in which I had taken up of course on the their offer!

We went to Harvey Norman Broadway about a promotion on a tablet. On the phone, the staff told us that the product was in stock and they were doing the promotion too



We drove to Broadway, waited at least 10-15 minutes until the rude and very pedantic staff refused us the promotion. They looked upon us like we were beggars and almost showed us the door.



I will never go to Harvey Norman store ever again. I prefer to buy online, the prices are better and you don't have to drive and wait, for finally dealing with very unpleasant sellers.

I am a new customer of Harvey Norman and am going through extremely bad experiences with Harvey Normans product and their staffs unprofessional behaviour. I purchased a laptop from Harvey Norman on 7th Nov 2010. On the same day after reaching home, I realised that the laptop is faulty. Next day on 8th Nov 2010, I asked Harvey Norman for its exchange or return. Harvey Norman attending staff person said its sold now. It cant be returned or exchanged. Such situation is extremely disappointing for any customer who has just spent money. Staff said that the laptop would go through warranty procedure now. That time they fixed the fault but a month later I faced the same issue again with the laptop. I took the laptop again to Harvey Norman.
