Harvey Norman Osborne Park

I recently bought a tv from Harvey Norman in Osborne Park and was served by a gentleman called Adam. I woud like to thank Adam for providing a very pleasant buying experience. Not only was he very knowledgeable but also extremely patient and helpful. I have very scant knowledge about technology and Adam explained all the features of the tv and was very helpful with setting it up. He really gave 110% . I hope there is a Christmas bonus for you Adam and thank you again. Harvey Norman is lucky to have someone like you on staff.

I went to Harvey Norman yesterday to check out the furniture and rugs as they were having a sale. Sad to say that the customer service is no existent. I found a rug that I wanted to purchase, could not find anyone to assist me. Then when I found someone, they told me to get the rug, roll it up myself and drag it to their desk and they will put the transaction through for me, but they could not come and help me with the rug as they were busy? yet two people working there were playing on their computer? I struggled, and dragged the rug to the counter, they provided me with two rubber bands to secure the rug and to drag it to the car. Very disappointing experience and I probably would not go back because of the terrible customer service. Disappointing experience.

I did not get the wanted item. Asked 2 times if they are sure is what I asked for. At home (300 km away) I discovered that is something else. Frustrated.

I estimate that I have spent over $100,000 here over 10 years because of quality service. (I had to furnish many properties)

I have had some issues which I rasied to management who dealt with them immediately (eg. slow warehouse staff).

I recently donated a stereo system to a local sports club as a memorial for a great friend, Julian Murphy who was tragically killed in an automobile accident in WA in 2013 through no fault of his own. Harvey Norman gave me it at cost price and ensured I had everything I needed.

This was much appreciated.

Never buy a computer from this place. 3 desperate laptops went down, took me weeks for them to figure out their own warranty, at least 5 week turn around for a simple problem. Then they argued about the warranty. Go elsewhere. Good air conditioner service though
