Worst manicure of the century! Don't use their shellac gel setting machine. I got electric / burn from it and they refused to reduce the setting. Apparently it doesn't have the ability to be lowered - which isn't true:. I stopped halfway and left. Don't bother going to this shop, worse service, inexperienced and dismissive even when health is involved. They should be reviewed by a government agency.
It was my first time at Hawaii nails, i had an appointment for a pedicure and still had to wait. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had, they didn't remove any dead skin, i had to go home and shave the skin off by myself and remove residual old nail polish in-between my toe nails, i had toe jam which you think would be removed whilst having a pedicure. It was a total waste of money. Will never go back again and advise others to stay away don't waste your money. Very disappointing service.
Which store? I'm been there 4 the last 8 years they r really good. U hv to understand they not podiatrist to fix all feet conditions the cost 4 podiatrist r 10 times more expensive
It has been a while since I've been here and it has gone down hill. I went in for an eyebrow wax and waited ages, then someone else came in for an eyebrow wax and got served before me even though I've been waiting ages so I just walked out and won't be coming back again due to very poor customer service.
#zero stars I went here for a pedicure, made an appointment but still had to wait, which I know is common. I ended up with a nail infection on my big toe, staff cut my skin as staff was trying to trim my nail. I've been to a lot of nail salons and definitely would not return here.
