Anxiety; Depression; Eating Disorders (particulalry Maudsley Family Therapy), Self Harm, Bipolar Disorders, Personility Disorders, Emotional intensity and regulation issues, Parenting, School issues, Psychometric Assessments (children and adolescents), Social Skills, Pre/PostNatal Issues, Relationship Difficulties.

Our practice also runs group programs in the areas of Strengths, Skills and Solutions. We use preventative and early intervention programs to help develop resilience and skills in a supportive non threatening way.
