Headland Auto saved us over $800 on the cost of repairing our car air conditioning due to their expertise and integrity. We were quoted $1200 at another local air conditioning repairer. I can now look forward to a cool ride this Summer thanks to Headland Auto and if I had gone to them sooner last Summer would have been a lot cooler too! They even offered to drop me off and pick me up at work. You would be crazy not to get a second opinion from Headland Auto!
They took 2 weeks to order a radiator and didn't communication the delay with me. I phoned before I arrived the shop each time and they said all good and once I arrived with my kids they didn't have the part. They didn't even seem sorry for wasting my time and offered no solution to rectify the issue. My suggestion is to use a professional mechanic that honours his word.

Headland Auto have been absolutely fantastic for us. Not only were they by far the best price out of any of the local competition, they were also happy to quote and re quote us repeatedly for the different things we needed done. They assessed our van and made sure we were safe to drive off before we booked any work with them, and all of the staff, Sandy in particular, were super friendly and absolutely lovely. When they needed to keep the van longer they let us know and didn't charge any extra fees like some other places. Absolutely the best garage I've ever been to. The air conditioned waiting room is a boon too!
