Very bad!!
For the past four years I have been here and I can say almost every time I have left extremely upset and disappointed in the outcome of my hair. One of these times I asked for golden blonde highlights where they instead dyed the whole top coat grey! The more recent time I paid $250 to get my hair 'temporarily straightened (3-4 months) where they stated that it would reduce the fuzz and turn the curl to a wave. Instead, my hair turned out to be exactly the same as it was before, possibly even more fuzzy. I went back down to show them my hair and how their product didn't work and all they said was that "it looks slightly better, less fuzz than before".
