We offer personalised exercise programs and fitness appraisals for all of our members to ensure they get the most out of every workout. You can choose from a range of cardio equipment (some with built in TV's), resistance equipment or join in on any of our group exercise classes. These include Pilates, Yoga, Activer Over 50's, Cardio Punch and more. Additional services include massage therapy, personal training and dietitian services. I attend Sunday Zumba class. The staff at the reception is cold and unfriendly. They have no flexibility over minor things (such as they force you to get a locker even if you have only a drink bottle in a plastic bag). They have no patience to your query. If you dare to provide a feedback, the manager will defend her staff and teach you a big lesson. You are treated like a school kid and no level of customer service at all. I feel no justice for paying money in order to enjoy. But I have in return is getting bullied by the rude staff and no manager seems to care. I used to bring my friends along to the gym but they all stop going there. Think twice before you commit to their annual membership.
