Prompt friendly efficient service. A recent visit was followed by a form submission which facilitates a licence replacement.

My wife and I have been attending for several years. One unpleasant experienced with a receptionist who is now friendly and helpful. Excellent!

Called today to make an appointment, was given an appointment time of 1:30pm by the receptionist but was told that the doctor needed to get away so she didnt want to book him up too much, then once I gave my name I was told I havent been for a long time and appointments are kept for regular patients. So I could no longer have the appointment and id need to go see my regular GP- who is away on maternity leave so thats obviously not an option.. To complete the phone call I was told "Sorry I cant help you today!" then BAM she hung up on me!!!! Didnt even let me explain!!!!!!! Oh and one more thing, my partner called back because we were both so shocked about the way the receptionist treated me, then she accuses him of being a LIAR!!
i can see I am not the first person to experience such appalling service.

Walked in to this little medical centre whilst on holiday's on Christmas Eve hoping to get my daughter into a doctor after she was up all night with a sore ear. Managed to get an appointment within the hour with a private billing doctor or 3 hours with a bulk billing doctor. We took the private billing doctor who was just great with my daughter (ended up being bulked billed for kids under 16 anyway). She gave us plenty of time and fully examined my daughter. Top medical centre with friendly staff all around.

was absolute b***s**tI was so sick chest infection just needed antibiotics they advertise bulk billing so being on holidays woke early waited walked in they were rude and said only male doctors bulk bill they were so slack don't advertise bulk billing and turn away a sick person.
