Rather pissed off that a family practice tells me to keep 2 20 month olds sitting still and entertained with a box of toys, told to go down the end of the foyer and keep them quiet.
My boys were not causing trouble, damage or annoying any other patient.
There will be a formal complaint.
Ive always found the clinic to be wonderful .. having children i know is hard to keep them sitting still .. I used to with my four take food so they would sit quietly .. Unfortunately people go to the doctors as they are quite ill and the noise from children chatting in high pitched voices can make people feel worse .. I understand how you may feel that you were being targeted but Im sure the staff werent like that and during my kids growing up we have been asked to move away from others who may have migraines etc .. and really that is fine and I understand.. this is an amazing clinic and very caring ..
