Bought a voucher for a hair package. The girl took forever to colour my hair and when it came to the cut I had to keep repeating what I want. The final insult was being asked to pay an extra $20 as they had to use extra colour because my hair is thick! I won't be returning

I bought a 2 hour pamper package via Scoopon and when I arrived for my package I was told I had only booked a 1 hour appointment. This is absolutely not true, yet the Manager insisted that I had made the incorrect booking and that she 'never makes mistakes' and 'cant apologise for something I didn't do'. She ended up saying that she wouldn't be providing any of the services and I can contact Scoopon for a refund. Then I received an email saying that the voucher had been redeemed (the Manager had written the Scoopon reference number down when I showed her evidence of my Scoopon purchase). She had redeemed my voucher without providing any services and without my permission or knowledge. This place is an absolute scam and I recommend to stay as far away from this place as possible!
