Her Majesty's Theatre
199-219 Exhibition St
Melbourne, VIC, 3000
This is a historic and iconic Art Deco theatre in the Melbourne Theatre district. It has really nice comfy velvety red seats and well spaced and hosts a number of musicals which are shown throughout the year. The snack bar is decent and it is also within walking distance to a 7-eleven around the corner if you are feeling peckish during the intermission. Moving to the centre of any row is not an easy task, and this is reflected with people remaining in their seats during interval. (I would certainly recommend avoiding the stress of falling into stranger's laps, by arriving early, if you have a centre row seat.) If you are taking someone elderly to a production, I would highly ...read more
