Disappointment does not begin to describe our experience with this bridal company!!t My daughter remains devastated with the purchase of her deb dress that arrived 4 days prior to her big day! Despite numerous fitting cancellations the final product had many sewing mistakes including puckering at the rear zip and front split. Discussion with the manager proved unsatisfactory with no follow up appointment or offer to rectify the issues prior to the Friday. Living in the country we asked if we could seek out of pocket expenses for a local dress maker to address the mistakes but this was also denied. So now i am with a unfinished deb dress, out of pocket with a sad 16 year old daughter!!

Had such a great time trying on dresses. My consultant, Helen, was the sweetest and so helpful! Still debating on what I actually want because there were so many beautiful options ????

I couldn’t recommend Hera Couture highly enough! All the staff there were absolutely wonderful, particularly the amazing Grace who skilfully led me through the whole process.

As a mature-aged bride I was anxious to have a dress that was elegant, classy and definitely not white!

This wedding shop was a nightmare experience for me when I chose them to make my wedding dress. I want women to be worned about it before they make the terrible mistake I made when I chose this dress shop to make my wedding dress which was an absolute disaster!!! The owner is so rude, the dress was nothing like I thought it was going to look like, stained, and really poor quality considering what they charged me. They also have no idea how to do the alterations or even sew. They only care about the money and don't care they make your wedding day a sad one!!!!

Buyer beware do not buy your dress from this unprofessional shop!!!! I had a dress made and was terribly disappointed in it. I paid for a wedding dress that was ready 1 day before my wedding, looked unfinished, and staff that were so rude. I hated my wedding dress!!!
