Other peoples food looked great coming out of the kitchen, I ordered 2 seafood pasta dishes that sounded yummy at $22 each (one of the more expensive meals on the menu). What we got was a child's serve of pasta with 2 smallish prawns 2 small bits of calamari and 2 scallops with a few wilted spinach leaves, about 4 capers, and a 1 1/2 cherry tomatoes, dry and tasteless. I have 25 years experience cooking commercially and have been the head chef in several pubs. Pasta is one of the cheapest dishes to make and therefore we are usually generous with these meals, not the case at this pub. As I said before all the other meals looked delicious, but those pasta dishes really made me feel like I was ripped off. My friend didn't even eat hers. Oh and as far as the wait staff goes, its free to smile and a really important part of your job.
