The lovely Australian waitress was great!But our meals were absolutely awful and the “Szechuan Chicken” and “Kungpao Chicken” tasted as if they just poured sweet and sour sauce on chicken and veggies and thought we wouldn’t know the difference. The rice was undercooked, hard and dry. Upon asking to speak to the manager and show them what was wrong with our meals, a young girl claiming she’s not the manager basically said insincerely “Okay Sorry”. Not sure when this place changed owners but I wish we knew before we ate there tonight. What was once a friendly place with great food is now terrible rude service with quite bad food. We had a group of 16 tonight and I think that made up for how quiet it was otherwise. There were several bad dishes. My mum had the duck and it was inedible. Without being rude we were asked how the food was and we explained a few of the negative. The lady serving us didn't care and casually walked off. The worst thing I could of done was order the deep fried ice cream. This is one of the worst things I've ever eaten. Imagine ice cream made with a batter cooed in the same oil that everything else has been fried in. The batter smelled soo bad and it was like eating ice cream and garlic and chips and burned dim sims all at once. We used to frequent this place and have the banquet. Sadly none of us will be returning here.
