The facilities are clean and fantastic! The management are wonderful people who pride themselves on customer satisfaction and will go to any lengths to ensure your stay is memorable! Thank you Nick and Lorraine our stay was exactly that and we will see u again next winter! Tania and family
My partner and me stayed in one of the Spa Cabins & we were very impressed. The cabins are cosy, clean & well furnished. The new owners were lovely & very welcoming when we arrived. They showed us all the facilities, the kids playground, swimming pool, BBQ area & recreational room. The Park is in a wonderful location, just a 5 min walk from the town centre. We are looking forward to going back there in January:)
My family and I stayed here for Australia Day weekend 2012 and had fantastic time. The new owners had just taken over and invited all the guests to a free Australia Day sausage sizzle. They were warm and friendly and mingles with all the guests. They told us about all the improvements they had made to the park since they took over which was huge in the short time they had been there! They had installed new flat screen TV's in all the cabins and put in a new kids play ground. We also enjoying boating at the near by Boonie Doon and a short trip in the 4WD up to Craig's Hut - get there early before the crowds arrive! On the Sunday we strolled down the street to the local craft market. Would highly recommend to all my family and friends and can't wait to go back.... Maybe for ski season as they are so close to the mountains?
Stayed with my Family in a New Cabin. Park is very clean which is very important to me. Great location. Just a minute walk to Main Street so going out for dinner or getting supplies was easy. Owners were lovely. New to the business and very accomodating to everyone. Will be going back again in the summer. I recommend this park to everyone.
This caravan park has great features, being close to the township of Mansfield and a relaxing atmosphere to name some. However, the service we recieved when we stayed here was extremely poor. Very rude and even came into our cabin without knocking. The receptionist seemed sour and not happy to be working there. I will certainly not be returning here in the near future and nor would i reccommend anyone else to if they want to feel comfortable in where they stay.
Very unfamily orientated. Went with our children and they were told all the don't's. Don't play near the trees, don't play in the playground. Don't go near the stream. Don't, don't, don't. Ulysseys club members could make as much noise as they liked until whatever time and could start their bikes at whatever time they liked but we were told no noise after 9.00 pm. The management were RUDE!!! Will never stay there again. It's a shame because it is an ideal location.
Sorry to hear about your experience. We took over the park in January 2012 and I can assure you that we would never go into anyone's room without knocking. Hope you can come back and meet us ( Nick and Lorraine) and see all the improvements we have made to the park. We are also very friendly having two young children ourselves.
