High Street Medical Clinic

I've attended this clinic now for the 8 years I've been in Melbourne and continue to be impressed. The standard of care is excellent and far exceeds any other practice I've been registered with. Very thorough approach no matter which Dr I have seen so if you can't see your preferred, you still feel well cared for. Great job team!

I found this clinic quite by accident, and even though its out of my area, prepared to travel. I have now seen a number of GPs at High Street and they have been really accommodating. I have a difficult medical history so will be staying here - they understand my condition and go out of their way and even phone me to follow up! The staff are really friendly and have never been rude, quite the opposite very welcoming in fact. Keep up the great work, good to see caring peeps!

Worst two experiences I have ever had at a GP clinic, staff were rude and incompetent. During my second appointment the doctor actually walked off and left me sitting in the room. When the doctor finally came back the doctor told me I had to make another appointment with a different GP. So unprofessional.

Excellent, professional service; staff are very friendly.
