Hobbytech Toys

I have been buying model plane stuff from this shop for years and I cannot ever remember all the staff not being anything but extremely friendly and helpful. No matter how small or big the problem, they have always been willing to go out of their way to help and give me really useful advice.

So I just can't understand some of the bad reviews I see here, perhaps some people just love to complain about everything, and need to take a long hard look at their own behaviour towards other people.

I concur with Anthonys comment below, It seems not mutch has changed in the 2 years since his post or maybe its that same rude and inconsiderate staff member thats pull the businesses rating down to where it currently sits.
I attended the shop only last week spending over $250 to get myself back into my childhood hobby of plastic model building and exited about the prospect of shopping at the store only to find I had purchhaced the incorrect type of paints (recommended by the store). Went back in 6 days later with the paints in thier original unused condition reciept inhand looking to exchange for acrylc and was basically shown the door.
My business will be done online from here. and will put out the word "DO NOT SHOP HERE" loud and clear!!!!

Great new store in BetterBusiness location. So much more stock than anyway else in WA.

Asked them to match a much lower online Aus price and they did ! Don't agree with comments below on service. Have always found them polite and extremely knowledgeable.

Being my local hobby shop, I have continously given my business to this store over the years, up until today. As on par with other reviews below, one arrogant and rude staff member drove me out just as quick as I came in. I would much prefer travel further and even paying more (not very likely due to their high prices) than be treated like scum. I will never again support this hobbyshop and will forever slander this store due to the rude staff member.

Went here today for the first time. Seeing that it has good reviews, my expectations were high. after looking around and picking up the things I needed, I conversed with the person serving me about drones and I was asking about a particular brand and he arrogantly answered " ... we only sell the ones that work". Wow. We were not greeted with a warm smile or anything, we drove for 40 mins. And they've got plenty of time before they close. And the whole time we were there we felt like we were unwanted. And when we asked questions all we felt was complete arrogance. Their customer service is way below average.
