Hobsons Bay Libraries - Newport Library

Call me old fashioned but I kind of expected a brand new library to be full of books. The collection is no bigger than it was before, it's just in a nice new space. Such a huge new building I would have thought they would make space for some more books. You can't even look online to see what is in their collection because someone made the decision to 'hide' the collection from public viewing. I was so excited to see the new library only to be disappointed. I'm sure the other parts of the library are great but it needs more books and to be able to check what they have before going there. I think I'll stick to going to Williamstown or Altona.
