Hog's Breath Cafe

The most disgusting place I’ve ever eaten raw egg on my burger.raw chicken for my partner and the place stinks...will never be going never again and hope nobody goes there so they close down...

Hogs breath in Knox shopping centre was our favourite steakhouse and we have been their clients for years. The slow cooked steak was my love as it is tender and juicy. But this time(December 2016), the steak quality was so dry and scorched such that we doubt they changed the chef, A great disappointment! Actually, I see a lot of charcoal on our steaks!
The service was not as good as before, the boy took order and didn't mention extra cost for the sauce on the package that we never experienced that in our dozens of visits. They renovated the restaurant recently on a low budget and the room is brighter. The vintage solid wood furnitures are gone, along with iconic petrol pump.
The pink hog is still there, but good old quality is not. We won't go back.

my all time favorite steakhouse. Decor is a bit different but charming. service is fantastic. the salads are nice with fresh ingredients and potato chips are hidden treats to complement any of the entrees. filet is tender/tasty/terrific!

Had some remarkable meat here. Waiters were kind and quick, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The side dishes, potato based, were at the same level of the meat and the bread was almost of European quality. Quite interesting wine selection and beer list. Will surely go back.

We celebrate every birthday in my family here. Everyone is always so excited to come eat here. I love the promotions that goes on regularly and always have excellent options. The family always has a countdown for the next birthday because we can't wait to get our hands on some delicious steaks, and desserts!
