Don't even bother using this business. I booked some Gold Coast accommodation through this business and the apartment I ended up with was poor. The person that runs Holidays Gold Coast lives in Melbourne and is very unprofessional plus you end up dealing with another company in the Gold Coast and not her. Stay away!
Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I knew of the Cooper booking who would forget. And yes in truth I was a little short with him as he was very rude to the meet and greet agent who was coping with his bad behaviour face to face.. I received the call approx 7.30pm from my agent who wanted me to talk to the Copper man and I suggested he be more polite, pay for the accommodation or leave. As customer service we do not need to put up with rude people who think they can yell and taunt us. So yes I was unprofessional and I can assure you he was lucky I let him stay.
