Appalling is the only way that I can describe the treatment that you are likely to receive at this centre. The staff approval officers are surly and labour under the strange opinion that any aid dispensed is somehow being funded by them. They are rude and arrogant and condescending and my recent experience there was demeaning and showed a lack of concern. I have had the bad forune to have to deal with them on an average of once every 2 and a half months since last January and have only survived the dreadful experience.

This organization helps the people of the Holroyd LGA. It has helped me in the past.
