If I could give this place no stars I would.
I had the misfortune today of encountering incredibly poor "customer service" at St Ives Homyped outlet at around 3.20 pm today.
I had my 87 year old disabled mother with me and we were trying to find her open toed shoes for summer.
I got lost getting to the shop , so called and asked exactly how to find it. The woman on the phone was having difficulty hearing me and eventually the phone went dead. I used my GPS and walked usng this to the shop.
