Update: I just booked in my younger daughter to see her GP once again, I recieved a call half an hour later telling me that because of my bad review below, they refuse to see my children. DISCRIMINATION, reported, see you in court.

I had a bad fall on outstretched hand. GP said the pain in my hand was psychological. He refused to listen when I said my elbow hurt. 6 months later thru another scan (not him) I find I have a broken elbow, need an elbow replacement. Arogant male GP.

I'm so disappointed. I've been there for my and my son 6 weeks appointment. The doctor check + vaccinations didn't last more than 10 min. I was rushed to leave. I had questions and I hadn't had the chance to make them. The nurse checked my baby weight with his nappy and singlets on, didn't ask me to take it off or give me time to do without a request.
After vaccinations they both, doctor and nurse, just got their belongs and ran away, and never mentioned I should wait 15 min after the shot for safety, as everywhere else does. This isn't all but more than enough for never coming back.

We see a variety of doctors at this clinic and have been very happy with the service provided.

Two years ago ths outfit was professional.Now the calibre of staff at reception has hit rock bottom.
They have no medical experience and certainly no customer service experence. One can only assume that what you pay for is what you get.When my wife left a message for one of the staff, (Not a GP to return her call). She was quized in a manner comparable to the KGB .She didnt want to speak to a doctor. She wanted to speak to someone who was courteous and the two on reception just do not make the grade. I have personally watched one of them treat a Chinese lady in a most inappropriate manner. I would not be surprised if people are abusive to the staff as they deserve it.They are arrogant and offensive. They used to have friendly warm and caring front staff on the desk but not anymore.Taking on staff of who are rude and poorly educated wth no medical knowledge, can save a business money in the short ...read more
