I would like to express my extreme disapointment,with the service @ this station, my partner is an Interstate truck driver, whom is diabetic & needs to bring his own meals, as I'm sure people with agree with me Service stations do not supply food that is appropriate for diabetics. He asked the service station Tues last week if he could please heat up his meal, in saying that he was willing to purchase a drink & other item's to counteract it. The charming lady behind the counter refused and told him never to ask them again. Low & behold he has previously heated up meals @ Caltex Horsham with no issues. Every other service station he attends, has been very willing & helpful and will gladly heat his meals up, not only does he purchase products, he also obtains a substantile amount of diesel. Interstate truck driving is 1 of the most hardest jobs & to be refused by that charming lady of 40 seconds of microwave use is deplorable.
