First order over a year ago wasn't ideal but the products have maintained quality and I haven't found any towels or linen near in quality or price. My second order was easy, items were shipped within a couple of days and arrived fast. The quality is really incomparable and unbeatable on price.
Ordered a week ago and no follow up correspondence since. Sent email and no reply. Finally called and advised it was sent but some items on back order and I should have got tracking (but didn't). Will update this review if / when I finally receive the product but they really need to work on their processes and automate some things. Next time I would buy elsewhere.
Dear Jinny, I have personally searched for your order and cannot finf any order current or past under the name of Jinny. You will need to contact me through the company email or phoine to follow this up. Posting a complaint under an alais is not much help to anyone, as it is impossible for us to verify the authenticity of your complaint.
I emailed [email protected] and no one replied. Check your email and refer to order ID - 25876.
My order wasn't even sent until I called a week later and even them some items weren't sent as they were on back-order (no ETA given). Once I made the call, the items were posted and received within 24 hours, this would have been amazing if I didn't have to follow up twice.
No apologies for the lack of communication or delay in sending. Besides some loose threads, the quality of the products was good and great value but bad service.
I thought maybe my order slipped through the cracks but even after the call and this the service didn't get any better.
Dear Jinny, yes your concerns are valid. It is important to keep good customer relations with clients and follow up on orders. Although this is no excuse, we have had some complex issues in relocating to our new larger warehouse. 8 Containers of stock and shelves heaped unsorted at the new premises was like unsorting the worlds biggest jigsaw puzzle, along with new communications , furnishings and technical issues to be sorted.
I believe we have it all under control now and would hope that any future orders are executed much faster with no interuption.
