Hotkey Internet is a breath of fresh, local air in a market that is dominated by large, impersonal ISPs. Being a small, independent business, their prices may not be as low as the giants', but their capacity for listening to their clients' needs and problems makes the slightly higher cost worthwhile. My case in point? Problems with the telephone cables outside my house interrupted our internet connection. When I called Telstra, they handballed my call between departments and eventually told me to contact my ISP. When I called Hotkey, they identified that the problem was indeed with Telstra, and cheerfully called Telstra to sort it out on my behalf. Their website is easy to use, their internet is reliable, and their staff are friendly. Hotkey will be my ISP for the foreseeable future, and I recommend them to all internet users.
