Lauren Thornhill, the founder of House of Locks has over 18 years experience in the hairdressing industry. Her career stems from managing salons, personal assistant for
hair companies, celebrity hairstyling at Crown Casino for Spring Carnival and working in the best salons in Port Melbourne and Brighton. Over the past 4 years, Lauren has worked for herself at House of Locks and now has opened her new salon in Maribyrnong.
Lauren is passionate about hair and is driven by the knowledge that her clients want more than the average hair salon. She is a hairdressing professional who is an expert in her field and listens to what you want, while offering experienced, honest, friendly and personalised advice. I was recommended to see Lauren by a beautiful blonde friend who had regular foils done by BDazzled by Glamour... and who always looked amazing! This was well over a year ago and I would not dream of ever having my foils done by anyone else! Lauren is so unbelievably talented and lovely, and I always leave feeling fabulous. She is also extremely honest, a great listener, and not at all pushy or overly opinionated. I travel across town to see her, often through hellish traffic because she is honestly worth it! My hair is not left dry or brittle (as has happened after foils in the past) and Lauren always does the right colour and roots close to the scalp. Nothing bad to say at all. Even the price is amazingly good! 100% recommended by me!
I've been a customer with Bdazzled by Glamour for approximately 2 years now and have always received exceptional customer service paired with great cuts, coloring and styling :) now Lauren and I are great friends and I can always rely on her to make my hair beautiful again despite the amount I damage it with my straightener haha
I have been extremely pleased with my keratin treatment that I got with Lauren from Bedazzled By Glamour. I've had keratin treatments before but her's is the best. I love my hair now and it's so much easier to manage. My sister from Sydney has gone to her because my hair looks so great.
