I needed shirts by a specific date and was charged an additional "urgent" fee by house of uniforms to have them ready by the said date. I emailed and rang to organize pick up and was told they would ring me. At 4.36 on the day they were due, I was rung to be told the polo shirts had not arrived, this was not their fault and would I be coming in to pick up the one t shirt they happened to have in the store (which I presume was a frequently handled sample) as they told me my order had failed to arrive. WHen I was arrived the staff pretended not to know why I was there! I was told they close at 5 sharply. I was already on my way to the store. I was told that they were not responsible for my feelings of dissapointment. THey initially refused to refund even my urgent fee and finally after much insistence from me refunded part of my deposite retaining $90 for the embroidery set up and the sample tshirt which I declined to take. Mildura Harness Racing Club has used House of Uniforms for their staff uniforms for many years and also for promotional polo shirts for their Pacing Cup. The staff have always been most helpful in suggesting embroidery colours that stand out against the polo colours selected. They also supplied inscribed biros and commemorative mugs for our Pacing Cup. The mugs have a turnaround time of two days and always arrive in time, not bad considering we are 6 hours away.

My tee shirts looked fantastic. Staff took the time to ensure that my design would look good on the tee shirts. I was very happy.

The showroom is full of amazing apparel! It was very easy to order and the sales staff are very generous with the time and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend to all my colleagues, family and friends.

Buyer Beware. The product did not match the sample in the shop. They refused to admit any fault and told us we needed to stretch the necks and sleeves, wash them etc to get them to fit !! Shocking customer service and very unprofessional. Will never take our business there again.
