Do not rent via this agent. I'm currently experiencing very bad situation. Rude team and unprofessional approach. Never respond to your emails on time. Mobile phones always goes unanswered &/or direrted to voice messaging. Taking minimum 8-10 weeks for addressing any maintenance related issues. Most of them get unattended. If you think you get relaxed after renting any property through this agent? Then just forget....; real nightmare starts after you sign the contract.
Please do not go any where near to this agent....; NOT WORTH IT...!!!
You have been invited to escalate your issue to our senior property managers and the offer remains open. We have multiple contact methods available including landline phone, mobile phone, email and in person at our offices and we are also open Saturday.
Don’t hire this company to manage your property!
We had numerous issues with them! Their communication is terrible and we had several different property mangers over the year we used them. When our tenants left, our house was left in an appalling state and we weren’t able to recoup half the money from the bond. We lost a lot of money in rental income as we need to fix the property before we could put it back on the market.
Had they conducted property inspections properly, this wouldn’t have been the case.
These tenants paid their rent on time and left early at your request without asking for any compensation, which is unusual. All inspections included a large number of photographs which you received. You sought to charge the tenants for a leaking shower wall, which is owner maintenance not tenant damage. There was a run-down garden at final inspection.
The bond was openly discussed and agreed by you with two of our senior property managers and the tenants. You agreed to the resolution. Now two months after resolution you choose to complain, rather than engage in dialogue. This conversation should have occured at bond time.
Christy, there were some issues at the tenant's final inspection but you have exaggerated the issues and not mentioned any positives. During this tenancy, you received all rent on time, the tenants kept your house generally in good shape (total bond deductions agreed by you were $585), the tenants vacated early at your request with no compensation demanded (most tenants ask for $1-5k in this circumstance) and the tenants paid for veterinary care for your chicken when it got sick. You received regular inspection reports with full photographs. The tenants let the front garden go towards the end of the tenancy, and you agreed to an amount in compensation for this.
