Bought an expensive bag from the store for a Christmas present. Ask if I could get a refund as its a gift and wasn't sure if she'd like it. Was told yes not a problem and that because its Xmas the refund period had been extended.

The wife tried to take it back to be refunded and now they are saying NO. They will not help and don't care that they're staff are telling different things to people. Extremely disappointed and will have to contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in order to fight them in order to get them to do the correct thing.

Very poor customer service. The area management won't even return a phone call.
