Yet again we're left disapointed with Hungry Budz. Another wrong order, after being told a 40 minute wait for a pick up, we got there an hour & 20 after ordering and they were just coming out of the oven - lucky for us! Only to get home & find 3 of the 4 pizzas wrong. So we called them up, not because we wanted anything - it was too late to wait for another pizza for the kids anyway - but because business' need feedback, good or bad, especially when there's competition such as there is in Whittlesea. So we explain the order's wrong, they read back out order (correct), we tell them what we got (wrong) and we get asked 'so what so you want'... well an apology might be the first thing, don't you think? To be fair we were offered a refund, but a simple apology would have gone a lot further - and some manners
