Hungry Jack's

We were in our local Hungry Jacks in Maroochydore around 2:30pm today waiting to be served by one of the five staff who were behind the counter. One guy and a tall dark haired girl were working hard but the orange haired girl was just standing chatting to 2 other young girls who I suspect may have been trainees. Lesson number 1:- Ignore all customers until they go away.
Well we received no acknowledgement from any staff and in the end did go away. So in future when we are on our way to the Sunshine Plaza and feel like a bit of junk food we’ll just keep walking past Hungry Jacks and eat at McDonalds instead. Oh and by the way the tables are always dirty.

Every time I have been to this Hungry Jacks I always leave utterly disappointed. Disappointed in the extrodinary wait time since it seems there is NEVER enough stuff on to accommodate the customers,my order is never correct and the staff move so slowly and look as though they are dying on the inside just by being there! Customer satisfaction only occurs once you actually leave the store!

Stopped in for a quick bite on our way up to Noosaville. I took the kids & our food through to the outdoor eating & playground area. It was almost lunchtime but there were left over hash browns on the table & squashed on the floor. Takeaway bags & wrappers, drink containers & napkins left around (& bird poo on the tables) It was a real mess. Just before we left, an unenthusiastic employee came out, put a couple of items in the bin & made a halfhearted attempt to wipe some tables.
I do always put my rubbish in the bins, & tray on top. But for those who don't, staff really do need to make the restaurant clean & tidy for other diners...please!?
