The personal appearance and basic hygiene of some of the younger staff members in this store is disgusting. I do not want to be served food by somebody with three bottles of foundation of their face and wash the dirt caked under their finger nails. Whats the point in hair nets and hats if they aren't actually holding back hair? Very off putting! Not what you want when you are dealing with food.
Went to this store and purchased 3 sundaes. After getting home and having 1 spoonful I had to throw it away, it was absolutely disgusting. Rang the store and all they had to say was, "there is nothing wrong with our machine or ice-cream, all I can do is apologize." NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! I will never return to this store again. Just remember, word of mouth can be a very powerful tool.... Just have a look at your previous reviews!
This is the worst Hungry jacks i have ever been to!! You go on the way to catch a train in the morning, the drive through gets served faster, I waited 15 mins for an order, then had to leave without it as I would have missed the train!!!! while I was waiting they served 3 cars, had a stuff up of coffee orders, one lot of people were still waiting for the drinks when I left and they were there way before me!!! how hard is it to make a coffee??? come on and employ some staff that can actually make the customer happy!!! I for one will not go here again and they still owe me the breaky roll i never received!!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH SERVICE!!!! You neeed some real help in this place to get it up to scratch again.....
Thia company needs to wake up to it self and STOP employing teenages to run there buiness. I went in there for dinner and stood at the counter for 10mins before any of the kids ankowledged I was even there there was about 7 staff memebers all standing around the drive through window talking about there weekend.... whilst I stood there waiting to be served.... mind you when ther did finally serve me 10mns later there was no applogy or any thing. They slapped the meal together and sent me on my way... Mind you I had asked for NO pickles as they give me hives and guess what I GOT PICKLES ... no happy jan I have been itching and scratching the last 5 days... it ok to have teenages working there but no in charge of the whole show you need a few with a little nouse! Hello we are customers and pay allot of money for that crap food and we expect to be treated like customers!
