Ask for fresh food everyone I go there and relatively sure I get last weeks chips!
Disgrace

Service was great. The staff were very helpful and polite. Although they forgot one small size chips. Was fixed right away and very apologetic! Will be bringing my family back!

Went to Hungry Jacks, order taken, very slow service and then kept asking if we were ok told them was still waiting for order. Said order was for eat in, and then placed in bag, I had noticed that half the order was packed waiting on burger, when I asked for fresh chips because the order had been sitting so long, they grabbed the bag off me and slammed it on the bench. Very poor customer service, very disorganised and untidy especially as it is a new store.

Will not go back, would not recommend.

it looked more like a tip when we went,rubbish everywhere and noboby cleaning up,a bad smell was also around.

Extremely disappointed. The drive thru menu board does not explain their products well enough so when we made a purchase it was more than the price on the board and the burger was tiny. But guess the waiting time was quick. Prices too dear for the small product!!
