Purchased a large family meal at this restaurant tonight which included two whoppers, While one of us was eating the whoppers mind to that person has red hair pulled out a large black hair from their whopper. Call store to let them know I wasn’t happy about that to which I got the reply from a Lara or Laura “Well we don’t have anyone with black hair on burgers” I informed this person that a redhead was eating the burger so could’ve been hers so I’d like to submit a complaint so eventually I got a email to send photo proof of the hair through, though I’m sure someone is not using Hair nets at the store and to the way I was spoken to made it out like I was lying. Not only am I not gonna eat at this hungry Jacks any more I would not recommend it to any person. They can't get the simplest of orders correct, honestly can't remember the last time i got a meal for multiple people and the order had been correct. the other day i got a wrap and two whoppers, one without mayo. got home and both whoppers didn't have mayo and one of the boxes had no mayo ticked.
went in on sunday the girl got my order wrong then she had to ask another girl how many drinks I oredered told her she made mistake gave me dirty look, Then manager came over said she was in training which I understood but if these kids have no idea how do they keep jobs and toi top that of I had 3 drinks and storms she didnt even give me a tray I told her it was takeaway ,mayb they should employ older people who want to work
